Tramesa postal

Eina

05/11/73. (Sala 013)

The Eina School of Design invited a large number of artists, from the fields of plastic arts, architecture, writing, etc., from many and varied countries, through the mail, inviting them to an exchange of works, ideas or proposals coming from the different currents of contemporary art.

The first communication was established by Eina by sending a request to known people and asking them to transmit the message to others, in this way the participation had an unexpected and autonomous growth: telegrams, cardboard boxes, poems, photographs, drawings, reports, maps,… a good sample of mail art.

In La Sala Vinçon several panels were placed containing the materials received, a great quantity of diverse objects, in spite of the weight and size limitations that postal mail entails.
