Nada

Jordi Galí

19/11/73. (Sala 014)

A series of transparent boxes were placed in the space, in which neon italic letters said the Spanish word NADA.

In the gallery was completely white, the neon lighting and its reflections created an “environment”. Jordi Galí plays with the word “NADA”, the emptiness of the space and the boxes all at the same time. It all ends in a sensational mix of techniques and aesthetics.

In the poster used for this exhibition, a pair of hands were drawn holding the word “Nada” made with glitter thread, hand made by Galí.
