Lluís Estrada Canal and several artists

Faced with the question of whether a pastry chef can be an artist, Lluís Estrada, pastry chef at Canal pastry shop, initiated a series of four exhibitions to see the result, two of them were held at La Sala Vinçon.

The art curators Damaris Ceres, Anna Caubet and Cristina Ballesteros proposed several artists and some jeweler or architect. The process started in the workshop of the pastry shop Canal, under the technical filter of Lluís Estrada regarding color pigments, reactions of the masses, etc. with the result of edible pieces with expiration date.

On this occasion the theme was free. The participating artists were: Damaris Ceres, Albert Vidal, Miquel Olivares, Blbiana Crespo, Montse Otero, Dols, Lluïsa Treserra, Cristina Ballesteros, Anna Caubet, Yolanda Martín, Montse Sardà, Eneida Estévez, Eduard Antoja and Mar Vilallosana.

It was demonstrated that, artists or not, creativity was very high.
