The hall was painted in grey for this exhibition, the ceiling was covered in canvas, also in grey, and in the centre of the hall a metallic structure was installed in which a pair of pictures was placed.

Serigraphs, lithographs and oil paintings were exhibited in the hall, following the typical line of these artists. Always committed to the social, political, economic and cultural situation of pre-democratic Spain. Among them were well known pieces like:

“Reconocimiento del cadáver de Calvo Sotelo por el juez de guardia y el médico forense en el cementerio de la Almudena de Madrid”, in July 1936.

“Muerte de un republicano fotografiado por Robert Capa”

“Retrato de José Díaz, secretario general del P.C.E. durante la tramitación de la crisis” in 1937.

“Vista del Alcázar de Toledo durante el asalto del 1936”.
