University of Art &amp; Design, Lausanne.<\/p>\n<p>From 8 February \u2013 20 March 2001.<\/p>\n<p>Festive cuisine, is a pilot project by Ecal (University of Art &amp; Design, Lausanne \u2013 Switzerland) and has been directed and developed by designer Ronan Bouroullec with four students from the department of industrial design from this university and specialists from Boffi, in the research workshops organized by the Sal\u00f3n de Mil\u00e1n, 2003.<\/p>\n<p>The project involves the conceptualization, layout and production of a kitchen and its utensils, a kind of \u201crental kitchen\u201d with an element that can quickly show and perform simultaneously, kitchen, table, bank, worktop and product counter functions.<\/p>\n<p>In this festive scenario, the priority lies in the preparation of food.
