(Sala 229)<\/h3>\n<p>Faced with the question of whether a pastry chef can be an artist, Llu\u00eds Estrada, pastry chef at Canal pastry shop, initiated a series of four exhibitions to see the result, two of them were held at La Sala Vin\u00e7on.<\/p>\n<p>The art curators Damaris Ceres, Anna Caubet and Cristina Ballesteros proposed several artists and some jeweler or architect. The process started in the workshop of the pastry shop Canal, under the technical filter of Llu\u00eds Estrada regarding color pigments, reactions of the masses, etc. with the result of edible pieces with expiration date.<\/p>\n<p>On this occasion the theme was free.
