(Sala 244)<\/h3>\n<p>Presented at the Pompidou centre in 2005, this exhibition explains the culinary innovation process conducted by Ferran Adri\u00e0 and his relationship with the industrial design of Luki Huber.<\/p>\n<p>Spherification, deconstruction, new caramelization, liquid nitrogen elaborations, foams, air, hot gelatines\u2026 are concepts and techniques Ferran Adri\u00e0 has used and that has changed the art of cuisine.
