(Sala 119)<\/h3>\n<p>We have recently been watching how some people transgress the strictly artistic field to enter other fields by creating from artistic elements, \u201ccontemplative\u201d objects. This is the case of painter, sculptor and designer Llu\u00eds Vil\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>He held his first exhibition in La G\u00e1bia Gallery in Girona in 1971. Toward 1979, he continued his career by using edible elements as sculptural material in different jobs and installations in coming trends like \u201cArte comestible\u201d and \u201cArte pobre\u201d, as in his works called \u201cSabates Comestibles\u201d, \u201cCarn\u201d or \u201cEntre Pa Enllu\u00eft\u201d at Fundaci\u00f3n Mir\u00f3, among others.<\/p>\n<p>From 1986, he uses steel plates in his sculptures.
