From 20 &#8211; 29 March.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Chocolate features every day from 18 &#8211; 20 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Authors: Meritxell Duran works in the world of illustration, objects and sculpture. She has collaborated with companies like: La Vanguardia, l\u2019AVUI, Nani Marquina, Aspectos de Camilla Hamm, Parcs y Jardins de L\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona ,etc\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Xavier Canal, confectioner, has had his own shop for 26 years and is known for his artisan work as well as his innovations and new creations that contribute in the confectionery field with works on site and other external areas.<\/p>\n<p>We present 30 pieces under this title, which have been specifically created to elaborate with the various chocolate techniques. You\u2019ll find the Easter Egg, as well as works made with moulds and griddles.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The very diverse theme works have been drawn by Meritxell Duran under the technical guidance and development of Xavier Canal.
