Universitat D\u2019art i disseny de Lausana<\/p>\n<p>Del 8 de Febrero al 20 de mar\u00e7 de 2001.<\/p>\n<p>La cuina festiva, \u00e9s un projecte experimental de l\u2019Ecal (Universitat d\u2019Art i Disseny de Lausanne, Suiza) i ha estat dirigit i desenvolupat pel dissenyador Ronan Bouroullec amb quatre estudiantes del departament de Disseny Industrial d\u2019aquesta Universitat i especialistes de Boffi, als tallers d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 organitzats per al Sal\u00f3 de Mil\u00e0 2003.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte consisteix en la conceptualitzaci\u00f3, maquetat i producci\u00f3 d\u2019una cuina i els seus estris, una esp\u00e8cie de \u201ccuina de lloguer\u201d amb un element que pot mostrar-se r\u00e0pidament i exercir, simult\u00e0niament, les funcions de cuina, taula, banc, superf\u00edcie de treball i mostrador de productes.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest escenari festiu, el lloc prioritari correspon a la preparaci\u00f3 dels aliment. El disseny de tots els elements i la gestualitat que implica la seva utilitzaci\u00f3 el converteix en un projecte sorprenentment teatral i singular.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Sala Vin\u00e7on.
