(Sala 289)<\/h3>\n<p>&#8216;D\u00e8cada&#8217;, un homenatge a productors i restauradors lligats a El Colmado Singular.<\/p>\n<p>Francesc Collell celebra el des\u00e8 aniversari recopilant receptes que incorporen els productes que distribueix.<\/p>\n<p>El Colmado Singular, una iniciativa de Francesc Collell que surt de productes de tot el m\u00f3n a grans restaurants, fa 10 anys. Per celebrar-ho, Collell acaba d&#8217;editar un llibre on s&#8217;inclouen les receptes dels 183 restaurants a qu\u00e8 distribueix. \u201cEl fil conductor \u00e9s la nostra hist\u00f2ria des del 2002\u201d, explica Collell, orgull\u00f3s de poder \u201cunir productes, cuiners i la nostra hist\u00f2ria\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Del llibre se n&#8217;ha fet una edici\u00f3 limitada de 999 exemplars que no es posen a la venda i que nom\u00e9s es reparteixen als col\u00b7laboradors i clients del Colmado Singular.<\/p>\n<p>El cat\u00e0leg culinari de Collell es va estrenar fa 10 anys amb el safr\u00e0 de Kashmir. De l&#8217;\u00cdndia al Regne Unit, viatjant a It\u00e0lia, Fran\u00e7a, Holanda, Alemanya, EUA i tornant a la Pen\u00ednsula de cuina a cuina i de fira a fira amb la maleta plena de nous descobriments.<\/p>\n<p>Productes amb qu\u00e8 despr\u00e9s han ideat enginyoses receptes restaurants com Arzak, Berasategui, Alkimia o el Tickets d&#8217;Albert Adri\u00e0.
